PRODUCTION LINE FOR PACKING IMPREGNATED SLEEPERS Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: wood-working industry; production of impregnated slippers.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the wood-working industry and may be used, in particular, for packing of impregnated sleepers at sleepers impregnation works before their loading in gondola cars. The production line for packing of impregnated sleepers contains in series mounted and kinetically linked to each other: a sleepers impregnator, a sleepers collector with the mechanism of cutting off, conveyors with grabs and a device forming packages of sleepers. The frame of the accumulator of sleepers has: the mounted on it brackets used to fix a sleeper catching cross-arm, a device forming packages of sleepers and made in the form of a delivery stacker, in which zone there is a fork-type re-loader mounted with a capability of a reciprocating motion to the distance corresponding to a total size of a row of collected sleepers; and two take-over bogies with racks mounted in a zone of the re-loader with a capability of transversal reciprocating motion. The sizes of the collector of the sleepers correspond to the dimension of the row of the sleepers selected as poles used in a gondola car. The invention ensures an increase of productivity of the impregnated sleepers packing.
