FIELD: construction, road engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the sphere of railway track facilities mechanisation and may be used in lines to assemble links of rail and sleeper grate of railway track with reinforced concrete sleepers. Sleeper feeder comprises receiver of packet of sleepers with lifting table to lift and lower packet of sleepers and splitter of lower row of packet sleepers. Sleeper feeder also comprises horizontal conveyor to dispense sleepers and device for piece transfer of sleepers from conveyor of sleepers distribution to receiving device of link-assembly line to arrange link along epure of sleepers. Horizontal conveyor of sleepers distribution is located outside the zone for reception of sleepers row separated from packet of sleepers. Lifting table to lift and lower packet of sleepers is arranged with the possibility of reciprocal movement from zone of separation of lower row of packet sleepers into zone of location of horizontal conveyor of sleepers distribution.

EFFECT: efficient and highly productive operation of sleeper feeder.
