FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: sleeper feeder comprises a receiver of sleeper package with a lifting table to lower/lift the sleeper package and a clipper of the lower row in the package sleepers, a horizontal conveyor to distribute the clipped row of sleepers, a device for piece transfer of sleepers from the conveyor of sleepers distribution to a receiving device for placement of a link along a sleeper epure. Lifters of the lifting table for vertical displacement of support platforms for a row of the package sleepers are arranged as capable of swinging displacement from the vertical position to ensure horizontal displacement of platforms that support a row of sleepers.

EFFECT: combination of a function of package sleeper lowering and lifting with clipping of its lower row, which makes it possible to place a lifting table in a more compact manner, simplifying the design of a sleeper package receiver and an entire sleeper feeder.
