FIELD: production of devices for extrusion of vegetable products.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the equipment for extrusion of vegetable products and may be used in the processing branches of the agro-industrial complex. The die of the extruder contains a body and at least one insert made in the form of a branch-pipe out of an elastic material. The outlet section of the branch-pipe is located outside the body and is supplied with radial stops defining the form of the cross-section of the outlet aperture. The outlet section of the branch-pipe is placed in a cartridge that forms stationary radial stops. The cartridge is supplied with guides, in which there is at least one of the stops with a capability of radial motion. The thickness of the branch-pipe wall at its outlet section is decreasing in the direction to its outlet aperture. The invention ensures expansion of functionalities of the die.
