FIELD: food-concentrates industry. SUBSTANCE: forming unit comprises housing and, at least, one die in matrix with ducts whose width decreases from input hole to output one. One of duct walls is made with a possibility of reciprocal motion with a rest on two perpendicular to it plane walls forming a swallow-tail-shaped groove. Groove is made in stem of moving wall coinciding in form with tip of controlling screw installed in this groove. It has conical surface at the end and circular groove near tip end.
