FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to a device for extrusion of strip or tape stocks from thermoplastic plastic and to a method of such stock extrusion. The technical result is achieved by a device for manufacturing of products from plastic by means of extrusion moulding with blowing. The device comprises an extrusion head for extrusion of strip or tape stocks from thermoplastic plastic, and also a composite moulding tool to process strip or tape stocks during the first heating with application of gas pressure and/or vacuum into a product made of plastic. Besides, the melt discharge from the extrusion head is made in the form of a slot nozzle moved across the extrusion direction that passes rectilinearly. At the same time the slot hole of the nozzle is directly limited with several segments installed independently to each other across the extrusion direction and providing for stepped control of value and/or width of slot hole of the nozzle.
EFFECT: improved matching of stock contour with requirements to the product made of plastic.
