FIELD: manufacture of tires for transport facility wheels.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes several stages: manufacture of untreated tire including at least one cross-linked elastomer material; molding the untreated tire in mold found in vulcanization chamber; cross-linking elastomer material by heating the tire to preset temperature during preset period of time. Untreated tire contains at least one material to be cross-linked; this material contains elastomer polymer containing epoxy groups at glass transition temperature T_gl.tr. below 23 C; it has at least 0.05% of molar concentration of epoxy groups relative to total number of moles of monomers present in polymer and active filler including the hydroxylic groups with area of surface exceeding 40 sq m/g as determined by wet method and density of active hydroxylic groups more than 1 group/sq nm. Active filler is dispersed in polymer. Stage of cross-linking the elastomer material is performed without additional cross-linking agents. Proposed method ensures manufacture of articles from cross-linked synthetic rubber without use of sulfur-based cross-linking systems.
