FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laminar material base on thermoplastic polymer composition to be sued for production of air tire inner layer, to method of its production and to air tire incorporating said material. Laminar material comprises, at least, one layer A made from thermoplastic resin that features coefficient of air permeability making 10×10-12 cub. cm·cm/cm2·sec·cm Hg and less whereon applied is, at least, one layer B made from thermoplastic polymer composition formed from composition of modified polymer (E) dispersed in matrix of thermoplastic resin D. Thermoplastic polymer composition of layer B features melt viscosity of 500-2000 Pa·s and Young modulus of 1-400 MPa at room temperature. Thickness of layer A makes 0.05-10 mcm. Coefficient of air permeability of laminar material C makes 20×10-12 cub. cm·cm/cm2·sec·cm Hg and less.
EFFECT: high-elasticity gas-proof laminar material for air tire inner layer.
