SUBSTANCE: device has main and additional light emitters, forming a well contour in given cross-sections ad base ring contour, mechanism for horizonting emitters, camera with receiver and system for processing television image of well contour. Main radiation source is placed in one hermetic body, on which a disk is rigidly fixed with additional radiation source, and camera is placed in other hermetic body, connected to end of body of main emitter via rods and joint.
