FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: clutch member comprises two independent pressing disks which are axially movable by control means. Each of the pressing disks co-operates with the corresponding clutch disks. An adjusting device is interposed between the control means and one of the pressing disks, which is used for compensating wearing out of friction facings and providing the position of the control means unchangeable in the closed condition of the clutch member throughout the service life. The clutch member can additionally have the energy storage for loading at least one clutch disk. The adjusting device for compensating wear of friction facings is interposed between the energy storage and pressing disk, which contributes to the axial movement of the pressing disk with respect to the energy storage.
EFFECT: simplified design and enhanced reliability.
