FIELD: mining; production of heavy metals.
SUBSTANCE: the invention concerns to the field of heavy metals deposits and placers ore and rock dressing with the purpose of extraction of heavy metals, including small-sized and the thin heavy metals, for example, gold or platinum being in chemically free state. The technical result is an increase of efficiency of deposits and placer heavy metals rock ore dressing. The method provides for removal: with the help of the calibration equipment of buckstones of the size exceeding the maximum size of particles of extracted metal, determined by laboratory analyses and experimental treatment using the equipment of centrifugal separation; material of initial mined rock with consequent sizing of the received product using a hydraulic sizing screen and a hydrogravitational concentration of the under screen product of the hydraulic sifter in the slant sluice pipe with continuous withdrawal from the slant sluice pipe through the slot of a base splitter of dressed product with its consequent control gauging using an additional hydraulic sifter and the hydrogravitational concentration of the under screen product of the additional hydraulic sifter in the additional slant sluice pipe with continuous withdrawal from the slant sluice pipe through the slot of a base splitter of dressed product of the secondary concentrate with consequent continuous treatment of the latter using centrifugal concentrators for consequent extraction of large particles of extracted metal by the finishing equipment. At that all the drains of the slant sluice pipes are jointly stage by stage treated in the gravitational settler and a thin-layer thickener for settling in the gravitational settler of the of the draw rock particles. At that the thickened in the thin-layer thickener sediment is treated by additional centrifugal classifiers for extraction of a small particles of the extracted metal, and the waste products of centrifugal separation are treated by the methods of cyanidation or a heap leaching.
EFFECT: the invention ensures increased efficiency of deposits and placer heavy metals rock ore dressing.
