FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning ship tank inner surfaces from residues of oil products. Proposed method comprises washing tanks by detergents, collecting the residues and additional washing by returning detergents in washing cycle. First, tank inside is subjected to forced venting to place membrane pumps at tank bottom. Thereafter, washing machines revolving in two mutually perpendicular planes and displacing vertically are placed inside the tank. Tank inner surface is washed by detergent composition at pressure of 9-11 atm and with temperature of 60-90°C. Oil-water emulsion collected by membrane pumps is fed into hydraulic cyclone to separate solid particles. Settler is used to coagulate minor organic inclusions and to perform gravity separation of oil products and detergent composition. Proposed device comprises washing machine mounted on vertical tubes, membrane pumps, cleaner including, at least, tank with detergent composition, pump to feed detergent composition to manifold of washing machines, hydraulic cyclone and settler, slime mixer and storage bin.
EFFECT: higher quality, decreased amount of wastes.
