FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: joint coupling comprises female lug, male lug, joining pin, sleeve of the female lug, two bushings in the webs of the female lug, bushing of the female lug, and mechanism for forced locking. The mechanism for forced locking has grooves made of ratchet teeth and unit of spring semi-rings mounted for permitting their co-operation. The shapes of the grooves in the bushings mounted in the webs of the female lug and bushing of the male lug and free ends of the corresponding spring semi-rings are directed oppositely.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability and prolonged service life of pivoting joint.
