FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: connection of swinging parts includes female side lugs, shackle – male eye, shaft, two antifriction bushes and ratchet mechanisms of their forced fixation. Design includes spacer sleeve fixed relative to shackle. Two antifriction bushes feature tapered inner surfaces and cylindrical outer surfaces fitted in lateral lugs. Shaft is made composite in the form of two semi-axes, one of which has internal square blind hole and hexagonal external surface mating internal surface of the spacer bushing, and conical end surface mating internal conical surface of the antifriction bushing. Second semi-axle has outer square cross-section mating blind hole of mating semi-axle and taper end surface mating inner conical surface of appropriate antifriction bush.
EFFECT: providing automatic compensation of wear gaps and improving kinematic accuracy.
