FIELD: methods of weighing of loose materials.

SUBSTANCE: weighing machine can be used for application of powder solders onto cell seals of aircraft engines. Loose materials weighing machine has bunker provided with outlets at the bottom. Gate with holes is disposed under bunker. Vertical partitions are mounted inside bunker. The partitions separate outlets from each other. Gate is mounted under bunker for reciprocal motion. Diameters of holes of bunker relate to sizes of granules of loose material as 5‹D/d‹12, where D is diameter of outlets in bottom of bunker, d is diameter of loose material granules. To provide maximal dispersal and uniform spreading of loose material the meshes are disposed under gate. Gate is spring-loaded to bunker.

EFFECT: uniformity of weighing of loose material.
