FIELD: mechanical engineering; fire extinguishers.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for pneumatic transportation of loose materials and it can be used for charging powder fire extinguishers. Proposed pneumotransport dispensing plant contains vacuum pump, pipelines, hopper-storage with aerator, accumulating hopper and dispensers. Each dispenser contains inner and outer hoppers consisting, each, of cylindrical part and funnel. Inner hopper is provided with cylindrical damper, and outer hopper is provided with conical shutoff on outlet neck of funnel with projecting feed pipeline mounted with ring clearance inside shutoff. Rockers of meters with replaceable counterweights are mounted under conical shutoffs of dispensers. Mass of counterweight is equal to mass of fully charge vessel to be filled secured on other arm of rocker. Ring clearance of conical shutoff of each disperser communicates with vacuum pump through accumulating hopper.

EFFECT: increased capacity at metered out discharge.
