FIELD: materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: installation has vacuum pump, feed hopper, shutoff device on discharge neck made in form of cone engaging with filler neck of container with feed pipeline projecting from cone and mounted inside shutoff device with ring clearance. Feed hopper has at least two discharge necks communicating through movable shutter with corresponding number of sectional meters, each being made to suit volume of container to be charged. Upper component of meter is made in form of divergent funnel with valve, and lower component is made in form of hopper-cone with ring clearance of neck shutoff device communicating directly with vacuum pump.
