FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves using rhinostoma clamp having slits fixable in bone hole for carrying out temporary anastomosis intubation. The clamp is cylinder manufactured from 5-12 mm large long silicon tube of 8-12 mm large external diameter, two rectangular openings between which two connecting strips are retained. Slits width is determined by bone edge width of rhinostoma with mucous membrane thickness thrown over it being taken into account and is equal to 2-8 mm. Connecting strips length is determined by bone window dimensions not covered with mucous membranes and is equal to 2-7 mm each. Thread is attached to nasal portion of rhinostoma clamp to enable one to remove the clamp through the nose.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; retained mucous membranes of anastomosis in stretched state.
