SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, ophthalmology. Mucoperiosteal pedicle flap in the form of a square with side of 15 mm is formed in a projection of a lachrymal sac. Feeding pedicle of the flap is the side of the square in the projection of the upper edge of the lachrymal sac. Formed flap is folded upwards, the bone wall of the lachrymal fossa is exposed, and a "window" in the form of an ellipse is formed in the bone wall of lachrymal sac 2 mm down from the feeding pedicle of the flap, window has large axis 10 mm long, located vertically, and small axis 5 mm long. Then, two incisions are made in the medial wall of the lachrymal sac for its aspiration: one is vertical, the other is along the upper edge of the bone window. Further, at 2.5 mm in both directions from the major axis of the ellipse, and 2 mm down from the feed pedicle, are made 2 incisions parallel to the major axis of the ellipse, each 13 mm long, and a third incision parallel to the minor axis of the ellipse connecting their edges. Thus, additional 5 mm by 13 mm flap is formed. Additional flap is removed, and the remaining portion of the mucoperiostal pedicle flap is used to cover the exposed portions of the bone wall of the lachrymal fossa.

EFFECT: method allows to perform lachrymal sac plastic surgery during endoscopic endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy, to reduce number of recurrences of the disease.
