FIELD: chemical technology.

SUBSTANCE: method involves treatment with silicon-containing flocculating agent and the following separation of product formed. For realization of method silicon-organic compound is used as a flocculating agent of the general formula: wherein values of indices p = 1-6; k, l = 0-1; m = 0.05-0.5; n = 0.0-0.8; sum of indices k + l + m + n = 1; active groups: J means Li, Na, K, Cs, and chelating agents: M means J, R6; G means Cl, Br, J; radical values: R1, R2, R3 mean CH3, C2H5, C3H7, C4H9, CH5, O[SiO2]qOJ wherein q = 1-9; R4, R5 mean CH3, C2H5, C3H7, C4H9, C6H5, C3H5, C3H4F3, C3H4Cl3, C3H8N; R6, R7, R8 means hydrogen atom (H), CH3, C2H5, C3H7. Except for, for purifying sugar-containing solutions treatment with a flocculating agent is carried out in the presence of CaO expediently. Method provides simplifying and enhancing the effectiveness of the treatment process, reducing temperature and time of process. Invention is designated for purifying dispersed media and colloidal solutions and can be used for treatment of vegetable, mineral and synthetic oils, for cleansing sugar solutions, preparing and treatment of sewages and also in all manufactures wherein purifying solutions from dispersed and colloidal particle is required.
