FIELD: weaponry, applicable for manufacture of plastic cartridge cases for sporting cartridges.
SUBSTANCE: the device has a casting mould, which is made of a die forming the outer surface which is made of a die forming the outer surface of the cartridge case, half-die with a conical filling opening forming the sleeve bottom, and a punch forming the inner surface of the cartridge. A tapered lug-dissector is made in the central axis of the punch, in the direction of plastic injection.
EFFECT: provided manufacture of inexpensive cartridge cases having enhanced strength characteristics and reliable operating in smoothbore guns of all types, self-loading guns inclusive.
