FIELD: cartridge cases for sporting guns. SUBSTANCE: device has a die, punch and a heated nozzle for feeding of polymer to the cavity between the die and the punch and located in the die base. The die working cavity is made in the form of a hollow cylinder, the nozzle end has the shape of a truncated cone, whose diameter of the smaller base equals the punch diameter, and that of the larger base equals the inside diameter of the hollow diameters of the die working cavity, the nozzle has a number of uniformly arranged sprue openings made on the side surface of the truncated cone, a tapered recess is made in the die base, it is engageable with its surface with a tapered stop made in the nozzle base, and the punch on the side of the nozzle has a cylindrical groove for formation of a boss in the tubular casing of the cartridge case. EFFECT: provided manufacture of the cartridge case on rotor-conveyer lines with a high quality, considerably enhanced output and simplified procedure of manufacture. 2 dwg
