FIELD: methods and machining attachments for processing of polymeric materials by termoplast machines by the method of extrusion to a workpiece with a cylindrical outer surface having bulges and cavities.

SUBSTANCE: the mould has a mould cavity and a split follower with a branch symmetrical relative to the longitudinal axis, and a force. The force is made in the form of a bush. A rod is installed along its longitudinal axis for increasing the area of flow section of the annular nozzle under the action of the mass of the plastic melt. The end face of the split follower branch and the end face of the force bush form an annular nozzle for inlet of the melt mass. The casting mould is provided a spring designed for restricting the rod travel in the axial direction. The rod end face surface consists of a bulge section with a tapered surface, annular groove surface section and a flat-annular section concentrically arranged from the longitudinal axis. The top of the bulge tapered surface is positioned in the rod longitudinal axis. The base of the section with a tapered surface is conjugate to the surface of the section with an annular groove.

EFFECT: enhanced strength of the cartridge case.
