FIELD: petroleum processing and petrochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: light and heavy gas oil fractions are subjected to hydrofining on aluminonickel-aluminocobalt-molybdenum catalyst at elevated temperature (340-360°C) and pressure 4 MPa followed by compounding of hydrofined fractions at ratio (1-1.7):1. Hydrofining of light gas oil fraction is carried out in one step at raw material volume flow rate 5-7 h-1 and hydrofining of heavy gas oil fraction is carried out in two steps at raw material volume flow rate 1-1.5 h-1. Light fraction is characterized by dry point preferably not higher than 300°C and that of heavy fraction not below 300°C.
EFFECT: simplified technology and increased productivity.
