FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring technology, namely to measuring gas pressure in the range of low and medium vacuum and pressure above atmospheric in industrial and laboratory conditions for monitoring technological processes, research and management of automation devices of process control systems. Essence: the device contains a gas pressure sensor – a quartz resonator with bending oscillations, a resonator generator, a current-voltage converter, a primary signal amplifier, a reference voltage source, a temperature error measurement compensation unit, a digital signal processing unit containing an ADC, ROM, microcontroller, and digital indicator. In addition, it contains a block with an adjustable point indicator LED for measured values. Wherein the resonator generator is built on the basis of CMOS inverters, the current-voltage converter contains an integrating RC-chain, the voltage drop at which is the primary signal, and the primary signal amplifier contains instrumental amplifiers and a differential amplifier that perform a nonlinear transformation of the primary signal along a piecewise linear relationship.
EFFECT: optimization of the circuit for generating and converting the primary signal, simplifying the procedure for adjusting the output signal level, adjusting the compensation for the temperature error, reducing measurement errors.
