FIELD: building, particularly devices for determining physical and technical ground characteristics.
SUBSTANCE: device has lever loading system and lifting means. Lifting means includes crank drive connected to electric motor through reducer and electromagnet, which is intermediate unit between crank drive and bar. Power is supplied to electromagnet by AC network through voltage stabilizer, toggle switch, reducing transformer and rectifier.
EFFECT: possibility to automatic maintain rated pressure applied to ground along with retention of load application frequency, possibility to create different boundary sample loading conditions.
