SUBSTANCE: proposed Li-ferrospinel based ferrite material characterized in reduced saturation temperature coefficient TKJs, enhanced saturation stability Js in operating temperature range of -60 to +85 °C at high Js value and low dielectric and magnetic loss tangent in extremely-high frequency band has in its composition lithium, titanium, zinc, manganese, ferric, and lithium fluoride oxides, proportion of ingredients being as follows, mass percent: lithium oxide Li2O, 2.753-3.39; titanium oxide TiO2, 0.001-5,71; zinc oxide ZnO, 7.67-7.903; manganese oxide MnO2, 4.12-6.21; ferric oxide, Fe2O3, 76.98-83.285; lithium fluoride LiF, 0.20-0.40.
EFFECT: enhanced yield of nonreciprocal microwave devices.
