FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying a number of short-term loading of weak and moderate intensity. Negative pulse phase is studied after applying exercise loading. Its value is used for estimating testee state. Negative pulse phase is selected as one followed by its maximum depth. This exercise stress is considered to be optimum for determining exercise performance of testee. Cardiovascular and vegetative nervous system is trained under determined optimum exercise stress. The exercise loading is repeated every 20-30 min.
EFFECT: simplified method for determining functional class of testee and applying optimum exercise strength.
