FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates to medicine, namely, to cardiology, and deals with treatment and prevention of chronic disorders of heart rhythm. For this purpose introduced is pharmaceutical combination, which includes pyritinol, glutamic acid and ubiquinone with the following component ratio for different age groups, in grams per one intake: pyritinol - 0.05-0.2; glutamic acid - 0.125-0.5; ubiquinone - 0.005 - 0.02.
EFFECT: application of such combination ensures correction of chronic disorders of heart rhythm, developing at the background of impairment of sympathetic-adrenalin and parasympathetic influences on myocardium with predominance of parasympathetic influences on heart.
