FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out incision in mucous membrane of periosteum from pterygoid mandibular fold towards the crest to the seventh tooth up to transitory fold, removing cortical plate. The cortical plate of the third inferior molar retained in horizontal position is removed and horizontal sawing of dental roots is carried out at cervical level with each dental root fragment being removed in turn.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
