FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dental surgery, and can be used for resection of the roots of the molars of the lower jaw and the elimination of bone defects in the area of surgery. The navigation template is made in the form of a monolithic aligner made by the method for computer modeling and additive production from a biocompatible medical polymer according to the volumetric model of the patient's lower jaw, obtained by combining the data of computed tomography and optical scanning of the jaw. The template overlaps the teeth from the oral side at the level of the clinical equators, and from the vestibular surface it reaches the transitional fold of the mucous membrane of the alveolar bone. In the template, in the area of the proposed operation, in the projection of the destructive bone focus at the root of the tooth, a rectangular hole is made along its borders. In this case, the walls of the template, limiting the holes, have a thickness of 2 mm, and the inner bevel is made at an angle of 75° with respect to the bone. Retention elements in the form of rectangular parallelepipeds are made distal 2 mm from the upper and lower edges of the hole on the inner surface of the template facing the bone.
EFFECT: template allows performing atraumatic formation of access to the destructive focus of the tooth root, requiring resection with minimal bone loss.
