FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials from polymer materials, particularly from rubber crumb, namely to mixers. Device to mix rubber crumb with binder comprises cylindrical case accommodating revolving rotor with screw and blades. Note that said case incorporates intake funnel and fluid component feed unions and outlet hole. Said screw and blades are arranged along conical line with pitch decreasing towards outlet. The blades, last along mix transfer, is mounted perpendicular to case lengthwise axis, while blade, second to last, is arranged to change mix transfer direction. Note also that rotor can be detached with flange support on the side of discharge hole. Mixer is furnished with moving baffle jointed with counterweight.
EFFECT: simple design, ease and disassembly, high quality of mixing.
