FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: according to invention, in rail vehicle designed for carrying at least one unit load of road-vehicle, container or other similar type, bottom part 4 of carrying structure 3 is lowered to lower border or below standard overall clearance down to level of several centimeters from ground surface. Width of said bottom part 4 is equal to size of maximum existing track gauge for road vehicle approved for free and normal driving along motor roads.
EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities.
