FIELD: transport industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related in particular to containers for transporting goods by rail, water (sea and river), and road transport, and can be used when transporting empty containers. A set of cargo containers includes containers whose overall dimensions allow them to be placed in an empty state one inside the other. Each container of the set is equipped with corner fittings installed in such a way that through holes are placed on the top face of each fitting and on the side face of each fitting facing the inside of the container; each container is equipped with a hard lid.
EFFECT: result consists in providing the ability to significantly reduce the moving areas required for transportation, which will improve the efficiency of transportation of empty cargo containers.
