FIELD: tribotechnic, in particular coat for surface of friction assembly, containing solid-lubricating composition.
SUBSTANCE: claimed solid-lubricating composition contains (mass %): quartz 15-20; getite 5-10; brusite 3-8; surfactant 2-7; and balance: lysardite. Starting mixture is crushed to obtain composition with dispersion of 40 mum. Then composition (0.1-2.0 mass %) is mechanically activated with binder (99.9-98 mass %), located between rubbing surfaces with subsequent bedding.
EFFECT: friction assembly with improved mechanical properties and merits.
