FIELD: lubricating materials to reduce and dispose deterioration of part rubbing surfaces.
SUBSTANCE: claimed concentrate contains (mass %): powder metal filler 0.05-20; surfactants 0.5-11; dialkyldithiophosphorous acid metal salts (e.g., zinc, tin, molybdenum, aluminum, copper, cadmium salts) 1-45; silicate-based mineral filler 1.2-20; cyclohexanole 0.05-2.0; base oil up to 100. Silicate-based mineral filler contains natural mineral from group of layered silicate (e.g., serpentine and/or chlorite). Mineral filler containing (mass %): glass fiber 15-42; powder quartz 30-42; and layered silicate up to 100 also may be used. Surfactants may include monocarboxylic fat C12-acid, as well as mixture of monocarboxylic fat C12-acid (5-33 %) and imide derivatives of succinic acid (up to 100%). As powder metal filler preferably non-iron-based alloys (e.g., copper-tin-silver, copper-tin, zinc-cadmium, and aluminum-tin-copper) are used.
EFFECT: cladding concentrate for protective metal-ceramic film of heterogeneous structure of increased density, endurance, adhesion to rubbing surface and friction coefficient after bedding not more than 0.03-0.07.
