FIELD: mechanical engineering; production of the lapping and finishing concentrate with the modifying mineral fillers.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the mechanical treatment of the surfaces and the details, in particular, to the compositions of the processing and finishing concentrates and the pastes of the complex treatment-strengthening action on the surface of the component parts. The invention may be used for lapping and hardening- restoration of the valving devices and the components of the fuel equipment of the internal-combustion engines, the plunger pairs and other component parts. The technical problem of the invention is formation of the concentrate for production of the lapping and finishing paste for the single-stage machining supposing at first to fulfill the preliminary coarse finishing, and then to exercise the final finishing by the abrasive material with the graininess <28 microns. The problem is solved by that the lapping and finishing concentrate contains in its composition the abrasive powder, the surface-active substance, the thickener and the mineral oil, differing that it additionally contains the powdery sulfur and the abrasive-like silicates with the graininess of М10-М5. At that in the capacity of the abrasive powder they use the powder of the chromium oxide with the graininess of М40-М28.

EFFECT: the invention ensures formation of the concentrate for production of the lapping and finishing paste for the single-stage machining, supposing at first to fulfill the preliminary coarse finishing, and then to exercise the final finishing by the abrasive material with the graininess less than 28 microns.
