FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a measuring technique, as well as to process control systems and can be used to change the relative volumetric water content (moisture content) and sampling in an oil and gas mixture from an oil well, as well as in measuring systems, process plants and other devices that measure the flow and quantity of oil with dissolved gas and free gas in the production of an oil well. Method includes probing the measured mixture by high-frequency electromagnetic waves in the operating frequency range of the cavity resonator of the radio wave sensor, measuring the resonant frequency and the transfer coefficient of the cavity resonator at the resonant frequency and the formation of the generalized measured value from the values of these parameters. There are two modes of operation: "dynamic" mode with continuous flow of the measured medium through the radio wave sensor of the moisture meter, with the type of mixture with a continuous oil phase, and the "static" mode with stopping the flow through the radio wave sensor by switching it into the bypass channel, with mixtures with a water continuous phase. Switch from one mode to another is carried out automatically by determining the type of mixture by analyzing the current values of the resonant frequency. Various calibrations are used in the form of dependences of the resonant frequency and transmission coefficient on moisture content, used in various modes and different contents of free gas. Working algorithm for measuring the current value of moisture content consists in determining it from the equation of the generalized measured value, where the current value of this generalized value is calculated, calculated from the measured values of the resonant frequency. Device consists of a high-frequency cavity resonator such as a radio wave sensor (RWS) and an electronic unit with a frequency synthesizer and a processor module that implements control and computational functions in accordance with the embedded working algorithm. Distinctive features are the implementation of RWS with a small gap between the exciting winding and the body, performing a signal pickup unit in the form of a differentiating electric circuit to reduce the effect of free gas in the mixture on the measurement accuracy and adding a drain section to measure the contents of liquid, oil and gas with the dosimeter.
EFFECT: moisture content measuring in the range from zero to one hundred percent for any type (with continuous or oil phase) and any structure of the measured medium from the producing oil well, including the presence in it of a large gas content – up to one hundred percent, as well as performing the function of a probe of three-component mixtures.
