FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: location-optical system for tracking moving objects can be used for controlling air traffic. The technical outcome of the invention lies in the increased noise immunity of the control system and possibility of tracking an object under observation, during launching and tracking a specific object until it reaches the object under observation. The give outcome is achieved due to that, the tracking location-optical system, consisting of operatively linked location and optical-electronic direction finders, logic mode shaper, comparator unit, first commutator and filter unit, memory unit, second commutator and adder, as well as a guiding and stabilisation device. There is an extra position finder, installed on the same base as the fundamental location and optical-electronic direction finders, with a precision control system and a unit for outputting the anticipated signal.
EFFECT: control system of the extra position finder provides for locking the specific object at the anticipated point and leading it to the axis of sight of the fundamental position finders.
