FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying colostomy. Round ligament of the liver is separated and transected at 3 cm distance from the umbilical ring. Both ends of the ligament is ligated. The distal ligament end is used for producing spur. The distal ligament end is brought under the mobilized loop of the large intestine through a window towards mesocolon. The ligament end is sutured to external leaf of the musculus rectus abdominis. EFFECT: prevented feces discharge into abducent loop of the large intestine.
