FIELD: rotary spraying apparatus; chemical, pharmaceutical, food-processing and other industries.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device is also used for such processes as condensation by evaporation, rectification, distillation, absorption, wet dust collection. Intake device has drive shaft and two coaxial cylinders; smaller cylinder is rigidly secured on shaft and larger cylinder is connected with dispersing unit. Mounted between coaxial cylinders are three intake blades; each blade consists of three parts; ascent angle of lower straight part is 12 deg.; center parts is made in form of arc of circle at radius of 0.01-0.02 mm; upper straight part is mounted at angle of 45 deg.; ratio of lengths of lower and upper parts is 1.16-1.42 and ratio of total length of parts to circumferential pitch is 0.5.
EFFECT: increased surface of phase contact and ratio of liquid circulation on contact element; reduced power requirements.
