FIELD: devices for dispersion and mixing of streams of liquid-phase mediums.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the devices for dispersion and mixing of streams of liquid-phase mediums and may be used for preparation of different multi-component streams of liquids. The multipurpose hydrodynamic homogenizing dispenser contains: a cylindrical body (1); in series mounted means of provision of ultrasonic treatment of a stream, each of which is made in the form of an emitter (2) with crescent-shaped vanes (3) and the crescent-shaped vanes (4) having the form of a part of the Archimedes' spiral and butted with the cylindrical distributor (5) with a capability of formation of the vortex chamber (6). On the ends of the vanes (3) and (4) at an acute angle to the oppositely located vanes there are aids of braking and correction of a stream, which are made in the form of the flexible plates (7). On the distributor (5) on its circumference there are horizontal holes (8) and inside the cylindrical distributor (5) there is a cone dissector (9). The crescent-shaped vanes (3) and (4) are installed with a capability of formation of the strombuliform channels (10). The cylindrical distributor (5) forms with an effective surface of the body (1) a cavity chamber (11). The stream of a multi-component liquid moving inside the body (1) flows over the cone dissector (9) mounted with its peak towards to the stream. Then flowing over the tangential holes (8) and due to contraction of their passing cross-section the speed of the stream-flow sharply increases and pressure drops. It results in formation of zones of intensive cavitation in the cavity chamber (11). Collapse of cavitation bubbles, that takes place in the cavity chamber (11), is accompanied with the high-speed micro-streams and the hydraulic impact pressures stimulating an intensive dispersion and homogenization of the stream-flow. Moving in the cavity chamber (11) the stream under pressure arrives into the strombuliform channels (10) of emitters (2). At that the streams of the liquid, passing through the indicated strombuliform channels (10) are directed at an acute angle onto oppositely located vanes and on the aids of braking and correction made in the form of flexible plates (7) and mounted at an acute angle to the stream, where a transformation of the energy of the stream of the liquid into the energy of acoustical and ultrasonic oscillations. At the stream hitting the plates (7) under its pressure they move aside with simultaneous vibration and making the passing cross-sections of the channels (10) optimal for formation of a necessary hydraulic pulse. In the chamber (6) a cavitation-turbulent-ultrasonic treatment of the liquid stream with all accompanying effects of dispersion and homogenization also takes place. In the following aid of the ultrasonic treatment the cycle of the cavitation treatment is repeated. The technical result is an expansion of technological capabilities of the dispenser at the expense of treatment of multi-component liquids streams of the different physical structures.
