FIELD: devices for dispersion and homogenizations of a multicomponent liquid flow.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the device used for dispersion and homogenizations of a multicomponent liquid flow and also for formation of the sound and ultrasonic oscillations in a liquid flow. The vortex generator consists of a body, the crescent-shaped vanes having the form of a part of the Archimedes' spiral. The vanes are located so as to form the spiral-shaped channels among themselves canals at that their length makes 0.05-0.25 from the length of a vane. On the ends of the vanes there are convergent heads made out of an erosive-wear-resistant material, for example, out of titanium nitride or titanium carbide. The technical result is provision of production of uniform (homogeneous) particles of a finely dispersed fraction of a multicomponent flow and an increase of a service life of the vortex generator.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of uniform (homogeneous) particles of a finely dispersed fraction of a multicomponent flow and an increase of a service life of the vortex generator.
