FIELD: vegetable-origin chemicals production.
SUBSTANCE: method envisages consecutive extraction of citrus squeezings with acetone and liquid carbon dioxide at superatmospheric pressure, after which second extract is separated, pressure is dropped to atmospheric value, and solid phase is subjected to hydrolysis-extraction alternating concurrent and countercurrent (with water) process realization modes and performing intermediate squeezing operations.
EFFECT: reduced loss of pectin.
