FIELD: technology of natural substances.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method for preparing the pectin preparation involving milling and mixing sunflower heads and citrus husks taken in the ratio by mass from 1:9 to 9:1, hydrolysis-extraction of mixture, separation of liquid phase and isolation of the end product from its. Before mixing the raw is extracted with acetone and liquid carbon dioxide successively. Hydrolysis-extraction is carried out successively in direct flow and in countercurrent with intermediate squeezing out and using water as an extractant at stage of countercurrent carrying out the process. Extract separated after countercurrent stage is used at stage of countercurrent carrying out the process. The end product is isolated from liquid phase separated after countercurrent stage of the process. The prepared product has no bitter taste and resin odor.
EFFECT: improved preparing method, enhanced properties of product.
