FIELD: wind power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use in areas with low wind velocities. Proposed planetary windmill includes frame with movable blades rotating on base and rotary shaft. Blades are coupled with rotary shaft by means of transmission mechanism, constant ratio 1:2. Rotary shaft is furnished with movable wind vane being coupled with shaft through control device consisting of slider-crank mechanism, connecting rod, adjusting plate and pull-back spring. Belt-gear drive is used as transfer mechanism.
EFFECT: improved reliability of windmill owing to provision of control of blade movement.
