FIELD: wind-power engineering; new types of stationary and mobile plants. SUBSTANCE: windmill has housing, shaft provided with satellite links incorporating blades whose pins are joined with gears, eccentric, platform, and wind vane joined with bracket incorporating contact groups; novelty is that eccentric is central member mounted on fixed horizontal shaft kinematically coupled with satellite links; each of the latter has crank gear built of sliding pusher with intermediate roller, and connecting rod, it also has blade-type reduction unit incorporating large and small spur gears the latter functioning as crank; pin ends of each blade are supported by brackets amounted at their base on cylindrical housing carrying on both ends driving spur gears engageable with energy converter pinions; housing rests on frames through bearings; central shaft is also lock-mounted on frames and the latter are secured on opposite sides of platform mounting wind vane in its center; platform is mounted on trucks installed on circular route and provided with traction motors. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability, facilitated manufacture and in-service maintenance of windmill. 3 cl, 7 dwg
