FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed solid-fuel gas generator contains gas furnace with flue gas outlet channel, solid fuel hopper, steam-air draft gas generator with fire grate and ash collectors, high calorific gas outlet manifold and tubes-retorts with inner space in each which communicates from side of inlet part of corresponding tube-retort with hopper, from side of outlet part, with space of gas generator, section of tube-retort between said parts is located in space of gas furnace, inner spaces of tubes-retorts from side of their inlet parts communicate with said manifold, and gas generator is connected with gas furnace through low-calorific gas cleaning cyclone. Each tube-retort, or its part on section in space of gas furnace is made in form of sections with inner channel in each. Outer surfaces of walls of adjacent sections pointed to each other are installed to form passage channels open to space of furnace. Inner channels of sections communicate with inner space of tube-retort, respectively, from side on inlet and outlet parts of tube-retort, and fire grate is provided with rotary drive with speed regulator. Speed regulator drive is made in form of motor-reduction gear connected with control system. Flue gas outlet channel is arranged in zone of solid fuel hopper, one of walls of said channel being mated with outer wall of hopper. Flue gas outlet channel is made in form of three-dimensional member equipped with heat exchangers, fire grate rotary shaft is made hollow for steam-air draft. Housing of gas generator has steam-water jacket between outer surface of said housing and shell enclosing the housing. Steam-water jacket is furnished with steam outlet manifold with steam outlet pipes, one of which communicates with inner space of tube-retort in zone of its outlet part. Hopper is furnished with feeder-meter for forced delivery of solid fuel into tubes-retorts. Longitudinal axes of gas furnace, tubes-retorts and gas generator-are orientated vertically or-and horizontally, or tilter to horizon.
EFFECT: increased capacity, reduced material usage of heat gas generator.
