FIELD: power engineering; thermal gas generators for gasification of solid fuel for production of high-calorific power gas and hot water supply.
SUBSTANCE: proposed gas generator includes gas furnace, flue gas outlet passage, solid fuel bin, air-blast gas generator with fire grate and ash receivers, manifold for reception of high-calorific gases and tubes-retorts whose inlet parts are communicated with bin and outlet parts are communicated with gas generator whose cavity is hermetic relative to gas furnace where sections of tubes-retorts are located; inner cavities of tubes-retorts are communicated with high-calorific gas reception manifold on side of their inlet parts; thermal gas generator is provided with second air-blast gas generator whose inlet part is communicated with solid fuel bin and gas escape zone is communicated with gas furnace; gas generator is communicated with gas holder in waste gas escape zone; gas holder is connected with gas receiving manifold. Wood chips of high moisture content, peat and other similar materials may be used for this method.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of gas generation due to intensification of process.
