FIELD: methods of molding of a blister packing.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of molding of plastics and, in particular, to thermal molding. Method of a molding of a blister packing provides for feeding of the roll thermoplastic material in the molding zone, fixation of the roll thermoplastic material by a die in the molding zone, heating a section of the roll thermoplastic material up to the plastic-softening state, a preliminary drawing of the heated section of the roll thermoplastic material onto a negative of the die, a molding of cells of the blister packing by mating the puncheon with the die and stretch-wrap forming of the heated section of the roll thermoplastic material on a form-building surface distinct by the fact, that heating of the section of the roll thermoplastic material up to a plastic state is conducted after fixation of the roll thermo plastic material by the die in the zone of molding. The preliminary drawing of the heated section of the roll thermoplastic material onto a negative of the die is conducted by means of vacuum treatment of the space between a form-building surface of the die and the roll thermoplastic material. The stretch-wrap forming of the heated section of the roll thermoplastic material on a form-building surface is exercised by simultaneous vacuum treatment of the space between the puncheon and the roll thermoplastic material and by action of the supercharging on the roll thermoplastic material in the space on the side of the die. The technical result obtained after realization of the invention, consists in provision of stability of width of the thermoplastic material in the final items and minimization of the thermoplastic material consumption.

EFFECT: the invention ensures stability of width of the thermoplastic material in the final items and minimization of the thermoplastic material consumption.
